This is a REALLY nice place to stay. I can now rent individual rooms at the Marina's Pleasant Harbor House. Current Rate if you're diving with us is $85.00 per room (plus room tax) We have 3 rooms in the house to rent. Two upstairs rooms have private bathroom / shower in the bedroom One downstairs room has private bathroom / shower just outside the bedroom door
Guests will have access to the common areas of the house including the outside deck, BBQ. Continental breakfast will be included (waffle / hard boiled eggs / cereal / toast / juice) Guests will have access to the kitchen if they want to cook lunch or dinner. The Marina Deli will offer pizza, sandwiches and Friday-Saturday night BBQ
o No 2-night minimum stay! o You are welcome to bring food and cook for yourself. With enough notice, I will try to stock the kitchen with food items requested, including beer or wine that is available at the Marina Store. (Rental price does not include the cost of items you request) o Guests at the house will have access to the Marina Hot Tub (open year around) and Heated Pool (open in summer). o Check-in times are flexible. Divers sometimes leave work, drive up and get here late. We can accommodate that. o If you're diving with Pacific Adventure, personal gear can be left in the house until the boat is back. o If you have suggestions on how we can make improvements, please let me know.
The above rates are low to introduce people to the house and service. Guests do not have to dive with Pacific Adventure to take advantage of this offer, however in the future Pacific Adventure may offer a package deal for diving and accommodations. Plans are to make improvements in the garage for hanging and drying dive gear. I'm sorry, but pets will not be allowed in the house. The house and rooms are non-smoking areas.
If you want to rent the whole house for a private gathering the second downstairs room will be made available for a total of 4 rooms. Rates are higher for the full house rental, there is a two night minimum, and the breakfast will not be offered. Contact diane@pleasantharbormarina for info on full house rental.
Pleasant Harbor House....
a Great Place to Stay!! Enter the house to find a large sitting room with a spectacular view and comfortable seating to your left. Adjacent is a large dining area with seating for eight. To the right you enter the kitchen area. A comfortable breakfast table with a view of the harbor. If you like to cook you'll love this kitchen! Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and drier.
From there, go down the stairs to find the entertainment center and sitting area perfect for relaxing, reading or playing games.
Down the hall to the left leads you to the two bedrooms on the lower floor, one with access to the outside lower patio.
Spectacular views from the upper deck, access the deck from the main floor family area or the kitchen area.
Guests at the Pleasant Harbor House also have access to the marina pool and hot tub. You're just a short walk from the marina. The house has three rooms available to rent. You can rent an individual room or the whole house. Single room rentals have access to kitchen, laundry and marina facility same as full house rental.
